My job responsibilities include creating desktop images for customers, maintaining images stored on our network server, creating batch files, and customer support for problems that our customers have with orders that we have integrated. I also assist our PC Technicians with any problems that they might have with any orders that we are integrating. I am also responsible for troubleshooting network problems, end-user system issues, desktop support, server configurations, and “rush” orders.

5/97 to 5/99 Entex Information Services
My duties included an 18 month project for Indiana Gas in which I was responsible for implementing a model office rollout. This involved the deployment & configuration of approximately 700 Pentium grade workstations with Windows 95. With the assistance of a fellow Entex employee, we were able to complete this rollout 3 1/2 months ahead of schedule. Upon completion of this project, He & I were sent to American General finance in Evansville, IN to implement a model office rollout of some 600 NT 4.0 Workstations. This project included everything from data migration to reconfiguration of existing desktops, to deployment of new desktops. This project was completed in 3 months, and we were asked to return to Indiana Gas to upgrade several hundred users from Windows 95 to NT Workstation 4.0.

I have recently completed training at Lantech for my MCSE for Windows 2000 and will begin my certification exams within the next month. I have just passed the hardware portion of the A+ certification and I will be taking the software exam withing the next week or two.
